在台申請依親綠卡CR-1第一步驟就是把I-130表格跟其他證明文件寄出！

以下是我"I-130"表格整份文件寄出的內容(Cover Letter)：

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please kindly find enclosed form I-130 (Petition for Alien Relative) and supporting evidence.

Contents include:

1. Form G-1145 e-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance (e-mail通知申請書）
2. Zions Bank Money Order in the amount of US $420(Mr. Thomas爸媽幫我們從美國寄支票到台灣,美金420元約台幣12600元)
3. Form I-130 Petition for Alien Relative(美籍幫台灣籍申請CR-1需填寫之表格）
4. Copy of US Citizen’s birth certificate（美籍出生證明,其實只要有護照就可以了,因為只是要證明他是美國人）
5. Copy of US Citizen’s passport (14 pages)（美籍護照每頁影本,4,5選一即可,我們都附上反正多給總比少給好）
6. Copy of certified marriage certificate（英文版結婚證書）
7. 1 (One) passport-style photo of US Citizen – Mr. Thomas (placed in plastic bag and attached to sheet of paper)（美籍護照式照片一張）
8. 1 (One) passport-style photo of Alien Spouse – Mrs. Thomas (placed in plastic bag and attached to sheet of paper)（台灣籍護照式照片一張）
9. Form G-325A filled out by US Citizen (with additional sheet of paper including address information) – Mr. Thomas(美籍個人資料）
10. Form G-325A filled out by Alien Spouse (with additional sheet of paper including address information) – Mrs. Thomas（台灣籍個人資料）
11. Evidence of bona fide marriage and relationship

a. Affidavit from dad and mom Thomas confirming the marriage（Mr. Thomas爸媽幫我們寫一張證明我們結婚的宣誓）
b. Documentation showing joint tenancy of common residence

• Taiwan’s Household Registration Transcript – showing Mr. Thomas’s and Mrs. Thomas’s current address in Taiwan（英文版戶籍謄本）
• Proof of address for Mr. Thomas – Power bills (3 pages)（（Mr. Thomas在美國電費的信件,證明我們曾經在美國住在一起）
• Proof of address for Mrs. Thomas – Bank statements (2 pages)（Mrs. Thomas在美國銀行的信件,證明我們曾在美國住在一起）

c. Wedding invitation（結婚喜帖）
d. Copies of dating, engagement, wedding, and honeymoon photos (4 pages of pictures)（交往,訂婚,結婚,蜜月的照片）
e. US Citizen’s Taiwanese ARC (Alien Resident Card) –Mr. Thomas – includes current address and wife’s name in Chinese（美籍台灣居留證影本）
f. Copy of application for marriage（登記結婚申請書影本,有證人簽名的那張）
g. Flight tickets to honeymoon in Thailand（蜜月的飛機票影本）

1-10的文件是必須附上的！！！

11(a-g) 的文件內容只是證明不是假結婚,所以因個人而準備

我是覺得就算只有戶籍謄本證明你們已結婚,因該也會過.....

不過還是以防萬一,以免檢視文件的人那天心情不好退你件＝＝;

還有1-11的文件要照順序排,

文件內容（Cover Letter)放在第一張, 再來是文件1然後依此類推...

我是用Fedex急件寄出,因為很怕被寄丟.....大約是台幣1000元（從台灣寄美國）

CR-1目前申請進度：

2014.8.4 寄出I-130文件

2014.8.12 收到USCIS Acceptance Confirmation的e-mail

2014.8.20 收到USCIS Form I-797C,Notice of Action(Notice Type:Receipt)的紙本信件

2014.9.3 收到USCIS Case Status Information for Receipt Number:WAC-**-***-*****的e-mail

2014.9.10  收到USCIS I-797,Notice of Action(Notice Type:Approval Notice)的紙本信件

2014.9.23 收到NVC ACL FOR WWRO(NVC Case# & Invoice ID#)的e-mail

2014.9.26 收到NVC PAOSF I-130 FOR NEOPOST DS-1200的e-mail

2014.9.30 收到NVC Welcome Letter(ACL)(NVC Case# & Invoice ID#)的紙本信件

當你在等待這些信件...直到拿到case#時,可以趕緊準備下一步驟的文件

但是因為進度有快到超乎我們的預期....所以之後的步驟我們有開始放慢....哈哈哈

因為我們預計2015年8月或9月回美...

如果簽證拿到了,可是從他發證開始的六個月後沒入境美國就算放棄囉....

他也不會退你錢,要重新申請,請注意！！！

因為我們資料都準備好了,如果照他速度下去因該不到今年年底,因該可以拿到...

可是這樣就沒辦法等到明年的8.9月回美囉:(
